‘Business Warfare’ is a network-based management fostering simulation
game. It is a mobile game that sets a small start-up through various quests and
upbringing strategies. The ultimate goal is for users to start with startup and
grow into a global company.
In
addition to product development, all elements necessary for company management
such as recruitment, employee training, and welfare are included in the
upbringing ability, so that they can feel the management of the company
actually, so they can play more realistic and interesting.
Especially,
I implemented the 3D character animation in the game to make it feel more fun
by expressing it comically and naturally. In addition, through network that
differentiates from existing upbringing simulation, it is possible to enjoy
more interesting and tense play by having a confrontation structure with other
users.
We
have developed a small hopes and a sense of challenge for those of us who are
tired of real life as a start-up mover for those who are preparing for
employment, and also feel that they are satisfied with the agency.
